Rough Scaled Python, Morelia carinata
This is an extremely rare animal and the only one in the world outside of Australia's borders. Hell, even inside australia its very rare. Its a Morelia species, related to Carpet pythons, Boelens pythons and very closely related to th Green Tree Pythons. Found only in a tiny location in northern australia, it lives amongst rocks and cliffs.
I was very privileged to have this opportunity.

Great photo of a very beautiful python. I love their bluish eyes, although I have never seen one in person. Yes, they are rare here in Aust.
